This 5 week Introduction to Mindfulness course is run by Pause & Breathe. It is aimed at beginners, and people who are looking to come back to a mindful practice.
The sessions will contain a variety of mindful practices, with some discussions about what mindfulness is, how it can be useful, and how to use it in everyday life.
There are hand-outs for every session and suggested audio practices to use at home.
