An Introduction to Mindfulness

This 5 week Introduction to Mindfulness course is run by Pause & Breathe. It is aimed at beginners, and people who are looking to come back to a mindful practice.

The sessions will contain a variety of mindful practices, with some discussions about what mindfulness is, how it can be useful, and how to use it in everyday life.

There are hand-outs for every session and suggested audio practices to use at home.

  • FEB Calming the mind  19th FEB
  • Working with emotions  26th FEB
  • Compassion to self and others  5th MARCH

Individual sessions cost £10 \/ Concessions £8.
