Built in 2008 and furnished to a high level of comfort, Parkley Farm Cottages offer the perfect location to explore and experience the unique history and landscape of Scotland.

The cottages are located in a valley surrounded by beautiful scenery approximately 15 miles from Edinburgh. Linlithgow railway station is 1.8 miles from the cottages and is served by trains running to Edinburgh, Glasgow & Stirling.

All cottages have high specification finishes, and are fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. All have a conventional cooker, microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washer-drier.

The large living area with its beautiful exposed wooden beams and trusses is complemented by a master double bedroom with an ensuite shower room/WC, two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

By Rail
Linlithgow is on the main line between Edinburgh (20 minutes journey time) and Glasgow (35 minutes).

By Car
From Edinburgh on M9 leave motorway at junction 3, then merge onto the A803 (signposted Linlithgow). After 1.5 miles pass Tesco store on your left, then at roundabout take first left on to Edinburgh Road B9080 (signposted Winchburgh, Kirkliston).

From Stirling on M9 leave motorway at junction 4, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A893 (signposted Linlithgow). In 3.5 miles, at roundabout take the 1st exit and travel through Linlithgow High Street, passing Linlithgow Palace on your left. At west end of High Street at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Edinburgh Road B9080 (signposted Winchburgh, Kirkliston).

Primary/Main Entrance
Turn hard right at first bridge onto Back Station Road. Passing Rail Station, on right, veer left over canal bridge onto Manse Road (C19). Continue straight for 1 mile.
Turn left on to unclassified farm road at signpost Parkley Farm Holiday Cottages. Follow road to end and arrive at Parkley Farm Cottages.

Secondary/Altenative Entrance
Pass under two bridges, then in 0.5 mile turn right on to unclassified farm road at signpost to Parkley Farm Holiday Cottages.
Follow road to end and arrive at Parkley Farm Holiday Cottages.
