Five Sisters Zoo is home to the oldest living ring-tailed lemur in Europe, Stumpy, who celebrated his 28th birthday with a party at the zoo in 2014.

The History

The magnificent King’s Fountain at Linlithgow Palace is Britain’s oldest surviving fountain, dating back to 1538. Adorned with mermaids, lions and winged stags, it is said to have flowed with wine during the Stewart family’s royal feasts.
