The Torphichen Inn is a traditional village pub in the heart of West Lothian, 20 miles west of the Scottish capital, Edinburgh and 10 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow.

We offer a selection of Scottish ales and craft beers together with delicious home-cooked main meals, great live music and a very warm welcome.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Wednesday  – Closed to public. (Open for our now famous Scottish Shows & private hire - tickets required)

Thursday – 6pm-10pm

Friday & Saturday  – 5pm-12pm. Modern traditional live music from 8pm.

Sunday – 5pm-9pm

The Torphichen Inn also has a large function room, available for private functions up to 150 people, with additional areas which can increase the capacity for larger events. We can also provide DJ’s, Live Bands and Theme Nights on request.

The Inn is available for hire and tours 7 days a week.

From Bathgate: Follow the B792 direct to Torphichen. approximately 2.5 miles.

From M8: From Junction 4 of the M8 follow the A801 then take the B8047 direct to Torphichen. Approximately 6 miles.

From Linlithgow: Follow the A803 and then the A706 for just over 4 miles.  Then take the B792 direct to Torphichen. Approximately 5 miles in total.

Once in Torphichen, the Inn is easy to find. There is ample parking behind the Hotel with on street parking also available.
