My company offers a “one-stop” support-service for Accommodation Provider such as  hotels, B&Bs and Self-Catering businesses, Food and Drink Venues and Visitor Attractions. I also work with Investors and help Business Start-Ups.

Hospitality Advice specialises in strengthening and supporting small and medium size hospitality operations.

My key Support services are:

  • Business Review and Strategic Planning – scenario planning for uncertain times
  • Operational workplace training, mentoring and support for rolling out apprenticeship programs
  • Advising on Quality Assurance and setting Operating Standards
  • Conducting Mystery Guest Assessment - providing a detailed report about the operational performance and making recommendations for improvements
  • Support for (new) investors and business start-ups – business and strategic planning, operational advice and assistance, feasibility, and viability assessments, market appraisals, freelance and interim management
  • Health & Safety and Food Safety Management - advice and auditing to ensure statutory obligations are met for the welfare of employees and customers

As the director and owner of Hospitality Advice, I pride myself to be a highly motivated professional consultant within the Hospitality Industry. My extensive industry background and experience stems from having been involved in tourism and hospitality for over 40 years. I have worked in 8 countries and speak 3 languages.            

I care passionately about high standards of service. My quest for excellence and experiencing success was the catalyst which inspired me to launch Hospitality Advisory Services (HAS) in 1999. Since then, the company has successfully worked with many private clients as well as financial and public enterprise organisations. HAS was rebranded to Hospitality Advice in 2018.
