Xcite Craigswood new gym opened mid-August 2013

The development sees the current Gym expand to 120 pieces of kit as well as the additions of a new Fitness Class Studio, TRX and a Spin Studio. The reception area and changing rooms will also undergo a make-over!

Xcite Craigswood caters for the casual sports player as much as for the serious athlete. You’ll find a compact health & fitness centre kitted out with the latest in cardiovascular and weight equipment by technogym.

The fitness studio provides a good area to partake in group fitness classes so you can work up a sweat!

Outside there are 5 aside pitches and an athletics track, and there are also squash courts available. The centre is Xcite’s only squash venue, with 2 courts available to hire, and a squash league to join. A variety of sports clubs utilise the centre and always welcome new members. 

There are a great range of activities for kids from sports coaching to having fun in the new SpaceBugs softplay area. It’s also a great venue for kids birthday parties.
