To celebrate Book Week Scotland 2022 we are inviting you take a trip ‘Down memory lane’ with author Andy Manders and share your stories about growing up and living in West Lothian. We'd love you to bring along a treasured object (or photo of it) and have a blether about what it means to you and the memories it provokes. Light refreshments will be provided free of charge. No booking required. We'd love to see you there on the day. • Friday 18th November 2022 at Armadale Library, Armadale Partnership Centre from 1pm-3pm • Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at Simpson Library, Jim Walker Partnership Centre, Bathgate from 10am-12pm The 'Object of My Desire' project has been supported by the Year of Stories 2022 Community Stories Fund. The Linlithgow LEGO Museum Build
Calling all LEGO fans! Come along and recreate your favourite object from Linlithgow Museum and Linlithgow Palace or build an object you think should be included in our LEGO Linlithgow Museum display! The event is free but booking is essential. Visit the website to book your place at one of our weekend workshops. The event is suitable for adults and children age 5yrs+; all young people must be accompanied by an adult.
Potion Maker's Trail
Can you free our ancient palace from a magic spell? Find the plants scattered around the sites to assemble the clues, then chant a rhyme to lift the curse. A fun trail and included in the cost of admission and for children of all ages.
